Made to order

Shift & Grind products are made to order through our print partner. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

U.S. delivery estimates

After production, standard delivery within the United States is typically 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier delays and high-volume periods can add time.

Shipping charges

Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. If products in the same order are made by different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

We’ll send tracking details when your order ships. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Addresses

Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders enter production quickly, and we can’t guarantee an address change or replacement once production or shipping has started.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking has not moved for several business days or your package is past the delivery estimate, use the carrier tracking link in your shipping confirmation for the latest status.
